Erin Andrews Peephole Pictures Update
ESPN news reporter caught in the nude and posted it on the internet.
Erin Andrews had a video put up on the internet of her walking around nude in her hotel room. They figure that someone drilled a hole and video taped her.
Many viewers don’t realize it is illegal to download the video to watch it, even if they aren’t the ones who posted it up. Legal Analyst for CBS News, Lisa Bloom stated that it is breaking the law to watch it.
Bloom also went on to state that Andrews has lost her personal space and her reputation over this video.
Police won’t be pounding on doors if you do end up downloading it, but there are hackers that are creating a fake website that contain the video, but once you hit to download you might be downloading a virus instead.
The people that took the video of the beautiful ESPN reporter are reported to trying to sell it to the highest bidder.
It has been said by Andrews’s attorney, Marshall Grossman that the 31 year old sports reporter will be seeking legal action against the people behind the making of the video, once they are found.
Is nothing sacred anymore? A person’s privacy is one thing that should never be tampered with, and the greedy violaters here should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. And what about the future buyers of this video? Are they outside the boundaries of responsibilty for this once they buy it and blast it on the Web? This will be precedent setting in the ruling and punishment but we’ve seen videos of Kim Kardashian and Pam Anderson and more find their way to the Internet in a wrongful, privacy-abusing manner with more profit than prosecution for the individual(s) that “steal” these tapes and profit from their release.
But it’s one thing to make a sex tape with your girlfriend or boyfriend or take a seemingly innocent photo although knowing what has happened with Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears and all but it’s a completely different animal when someone is out on the road working and in the presumed provacy of their hotel room and some scumbag makes a tape targeted that person’s fame and (former) private self. This is disgusting. Five years minimum for the evil bastard that actually taped it. And finally something to make me pull for the greedy lawyers in the world. Go find this guy and embarass him worldwide. Hang tough Erin Andrews. You’re great and there are millions of people feeling your pain in this violation of one’s life.
