A Dozen People Arrested in Southern California For The Sale Of Marijuana
On Friday morning, 12 people were arrested in relation to the illegal selling of marijuana. Five arrests were made in San Diego and the other seven were made in Los Angeles. The illegal drug ring was netting millions of dollars in cash and using medical marijuana dispensaries as a front to get away with it. The alleged ring leader, Joshua John Hester, owned two medical marijuana dispensaries. One was the Green Kross Collective in Pacific Beach. The other was the Downtown Kush Lounge in downtown San Diego. These two establishments are only a small part of the 14 medical marijuana dispensaries in the area that have been raided within the past month.
What makes the Joshua John Hester case so interesting is that the scene played out as it would in a movie. Police visited a mansion in Rancho Santa Fe. Once there, they found out that marijuana was being grown behind a moveable bookcase. In that secret room were 89 marijuana plants. This was more than enough marijuana to put Joshua John Hester and his cohorts up for a federal offense. All 12 suspects are due to face a judge on Monday. Some sources state that Joshua John Hester was only a silent partner in his two medical marijuana dispensaries and that his ex-girlfriend was the person renting the 4,700-square-foot West Hollywood home where he was arrested.
It seems as though Joshua John Hester was smart enough to cover his tracks despite being dumb enough to sell illegal drugs. Whether his alibis hold up or not will be determined in the near future. 
Marijuana should be totally legal. It is non toxic and natural to the human body. We have cannbinoid receptors in our brain and Anandomide the chemical THC made by the human body. There is no drug that controls chronic nausea and vomiting. Since I suffer from chronic nausea & vomiting due to Diabetic Neuropathic Gatsroparesis I have 2 Dr’s telling me to move to a legal state but if I can get it and since it does help with no side effects, save for the psychactive high, I should use it. That’s 2 different Dr’s in Iowa people!!!
