Nintendo Valued Higher Than Sony

In some bad news for Sony and the PlayStation 3, Nintendo is now valued higher than Sony in terms of market capitalization

Jacksonville – In some bad news for Sony and the PlayStation 3, Nintendo is now valued higher than Sony in terms of market capitalization.

Nintendo, the Kyoto-based company with just over $3,300 employees has managed to overtake Sony who has over 160,000 employees.

This is huge news as the Nintendo Wii continues to dominate over the PlayStation 3 selling at a ratio of six Wii consoles for every 1 PlayStation 3 console sold.

The $30 billion games market has seen a battle between Nintendo and Sony for years with Nintendo always being the smaller company.  it seems this time out though that David is kicking Goliath and keeping him down.
