Google Improves Search Results

Google has made two positive changes to its search engine (and in more languages as well).

Jacksonville – Google has made two positive changes to its search engine (and in more languages as well).

It is now offering longer descriptions for your searches and more related list searches.

On your initial knowledge quest, with Google, you had to keep it under three words. Previously, if your search query was longer, Google would receive your query, plug it in the necessary places and respond with its analysis of what it thought you meant.

Currently, if your knowledge quest is more than three words, Google.com gives you exactly what you were hoping to obtain.

Beneath the hyperlinks a synopsis is provided, stating what each website has to offer within the context of your original search. These synopses are now longer than before, letting you know exactly what you are getting into, without taking your search out of context.

At the bottom of your results page, Google.com is now offering an expanded list of related searches that may relate to your chosen topic.

If you type “principles of physics” in the search engine, for example, Google.com’s technology will offer related searches of ”angular momentum”, ”special relativity”, ”big bang”, and ”quantum mechanics” as part of your results.

Google is now searched in 37 languages.
