Child Actor Turned Drug Addict Corey Haim Dies
Yet another child star that grew up to become addicted to drugs has lost his life after battling his addictions for more than two decades. Corey Haim was the boy every girl loved in the 80s who quickly faded out of the Hollywood scene as he grew into an adult.
The 38 year old actor passed away around 3:40 this morning. He was at his mother’s home when she found him listless and lethargic. Emergency personnel arrived at the scene to discover Haim was in an extremely weakened state and barely clinging to life. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An accidental prescription drug overdose is believed to have caused his untimely death. A full autopsy will be done to discover the actual cause of death but illegal drugs are not suspected at this time. Four prescription medicine bottles were found at the residence.
The actor has been in and out of rehab more than 15 times for his drug addictions. Valium and cocaine were his drugs of choice and both have long term effects that most likely attributed to his early death. Haim freely admitted to his drug problems and recognized the fact that his drug addiction ultimately cost him his film career.
Could Feldman be more of a douchebag? Haim was a filthy, no talent junkie. Whining on Larry King about how people should not pick on former child stars is just pathetic. Perhaps you and dead boy should have taken your earnings, diligently studied to get an education and become responsible adults.
Instead you are both loser deadbeats and now Haim is taking a dirt nap. What sorry excuses for human beings. You actually believe your own press releases as if you have some rare talent. You were in the right place, right time, right look. Now you are human garbage and Haim is worm food
