Halo Reach Beta Code Released Date

If you own an XBOX 360 and are a fan of the Halo gaming series, then May 3rd can’t come any faster. It is on Monday that the newest in the chapters of the series in unveiled called Halo:Reach. The multiplayer beta format looks to be a big hit and early indications are pointing to just that.

You say that you can’t wait the couple days before the opening? Today just may be your local day. The folks at GearLive.com will be releasing codes that will enable you to play Halo:Reach over the weekend so you can experience the hype before the multiplayer beta is available for play.

To be able to gain access to the exclusive codes from GearLive.com you have to have a Twitter account. If so, become a fan of GearLive.com’s Twitter page. Once you have done that post on the page the following: hey @gearlive, hook me up with a Halo:Reach multiplayer beta code please http://bit.ly/haloreachbeta. It is as simple as that. Again, to be eligible you must be a follower of the GearLive Twitter feed.

The codes were started being give out on Thursday afternoon and according to GearLive’s website they are being given out on a first come, first serve basis. The beta itself will be available only to owners of Halo 3: ODST but this manuver by GearLive will allow any Xbox 360 owner to be able to have access to the game.
