Steve Jobs Ready to Take the Stage for Keynote Speech
It is official, Steve Jobs will be delivering the keynote speech at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference. Jobs is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. The conference is scheduled to start on June 7th and will go on for 5 days. The conference is expected to unveil the 4G iPhone at the sold out conference. The conference is being held at the Moscone West facility in San Francisco. Tickets sold anywhere from 1,259 to 1,599 dollars a piece. The event is expected to reach maximum capacity of 5000 people.
Along with the big reveal of the new and improved iPhone, the conference is expected to have an iPad development session. The conference will focus on the technical side of things. Developers will be exposed to content to five different technologies: internet and web, developers tools, graphics and media, core operating system and application frameworks.
Some of the thunder has been stolen for the 4G iPhone but developers are still excited to see the real deal. Just a short couple of months ago, a disguised prototype was accidentally uncovered, blowing the surprise factor. A new operating system is expected as well as some unknown, innovative feature. With Google’s huge unveil last week, Apple has a lot of room to cover in the race to the top of the technological world. Few developers are holding out hope for a glimpse of the next generation of the Mac. Jobs has already made it clear that he does not think Google has a chance of taking over the number 1 spot.
