Samsung Vibrant Smartphone set to hit stores soon

Samsung’s Android smartphone line has proved to be very popular, so popular that the new line is already getting a new addition. The Vibrant smartphone is the newest Samsung phone using the Google Android system. Available in retail stores beginning July 21st the phone available only on T-Mobile will sell for $199.99. Users are required to sign up for a two year service contact in order to get the new Vibrant smartphone.

The phone comes bundled with some features that are indented to give the users a complete entertainment experience and continue the Android’s attack on Apple’s iPhone lineup. Buyers will receive James Cameron’s hit move Avatar and the Amazon Kindle application. Also included will be MobiTV which features on demand and live TV. The phone also features a six-axis sensor for use in gaming and media applications.

The screen on the Vibrant smartphone will be a 4 inch touch screen, built in to the smart phone is a camera with digital zoom, auto focus and a LED flash. Samsung’s new phone will also be able to record videos in HD.

With an impressive list of features and a growing base of available apps, Samsung hopes the new Vibrant can become the device that finally beats out Apple’s popular iPhone.
