Michael Douglas Cancer Update
Michael Douglas, 65 year old, actor shared that he has stage 4 throat cancer. The throat cancer was the size of a walnut when diagnosed. It has now developed into stage 4 cancer. Michael Douglas remained optimistic about his recovery. Douglas is undergoing intense treatment of the cancer involving radiation and chemotherapy.
The throat cancer is in the area of his throat, lips, and mouth but has not spread to other parts of his body. Douglas shared that the cancer is a result of drinking and smoking. Individuals who smoke have a greater risk of developing throat cancer. Alcohol consumption adds to this risk. Men are also at higher risk than women for developing this type of cancer.
Douglas was at a higher risk to developing throat cancer due to being a male that drank and smoked.
Michael Douglas shared that the tumor is shrinking due to treatment. He is viewing this as a treatable disease. He shared signs of throat cancer.
One of the first signs he noticed was a constant sore throat.
Other signs include coughing, difficulty swallowing, and ear pain. During treatment Douglas may need to be fed through a feeding tube at times, as swallowing may continue to be difficult.

I have no sympathy for Mike Douglas or anyone who choses to kill themselves be it slow or fast. No one on this planet is unaware of the deadly use of tobacco and alcohol.
With alof his money, power, influence etc he did not have the brains of a twit to stop a deadly habit! You reap what you sow.
Unfortunately for him, he now regrets because his life is threatened. He knew full well the consequences of his addiction.
He was informed of the cancer in early stages, he chose to film a movie, rather then save his life for his family, wife, and children.
The FDA is allowing genetically engineerd food in the market place. We shall all soon read of the deaths, permanent injuries, etc. caused by that. And yet the number one product in America that kills more and cost more wasted money is TOBACCO! Tobacco kills more people each year then traffic accidents, illegal drugs, and wars combined. WTF will it take to outlaw tobacco in America!!!
I smoked for 30 years. Heavily! I started smoking when cigarettes were 25 cents a pack in the machine. When they hit $1.00 a pack, and I was to pay for the billions in law suits (as all tobacco buyers are) that was motivation enough for me. It is 20 years this year I am tobacco free. The lungs can regenerate themselves!!! Lucky me. I have no issues with my lungs, breasts, throat, tongue or mouth!
Good bye Mike. Your widow will probably get an Academy Award posthumously, for your performance in “Wall Street”.

What a mean spririted,vindictive person you are!. What has M.D ever done to you to warrant such nastiness. Yes, he has been foolish , you were , who but who hasn’t?
Maybe nothing wrong with your lungs etc but there is with your heart. Rest assured what goes around comes around.
