‘Drazen Petrovic’ Is Hot Search Term On Google
Drazen Petrovic apparently is as popular in death as he was when he was a star for the New Jersey Nets in the NBA.
Earlier in the day the search term “Drazen Petrovic” hit the top 20 in Google Trends.
The search term was popular because the ESPN 30 for 30 documentary “Once Brothers” premiered on October 12. It’s the story of Dražen Petrović and Vlade Divac and how upheaval in their homeland adversely and irretrievably affected their friendship.
Petrovic had a short career in the NBA and was a star of the Yugoslavian National Basketball team.
Petrovic died as the result of a car accident on the German Autobahn on June 7, 1993.

ESPN 30 for 30 “Once Brothers”, watch it
It’s because they just had a great documentary about him on ESPN. It was called “30 for 30″. Drazan sounded like a great man…
Espn 30 for 30 Once brothers, about Yugoslav nat’l team and Vlade Divac and Petrovic aired on 12th
Yeah, what happened was terrible. If Drazen had not died so young, he and Vlade may have reconciled their friendship. Very sad on so many levels. Very well done documentary by ESPN. I was just flipping through the channels and was pretty much glued to the set for the remainder of the program.
