Call Of Duty Black Ops Patch For PS3

Patch Expected for PS3 Game Call of Duty: Black Ops

After much anticipation for a patch to correct the issues that PlayStation 3 users have been having while playing the hit game Call of Duty: Black Ops; the developers Treyarch, have announced that a patch will be available soon.

PlayStation 3 gamers of Call of Duty: Black Ops have had more issues with game play than Wii, PC and Xbox gamers since the release of the game. Issues PlayStation 3 users have been having include game lag, spawning in places that are incorrect, not being able to hear their enemies’ foot steps and slow connections. There have been complaints of kill counts, assists and deaths as being off as well.

The new patch that is expected to be released in the coming days is expected to correct all of the issues that PlayStation 3 gamers have been experiencing with the recently released Treyarch game Call of Duty: Black Ops.

   not old news sir. new news. the first patch did absolutely nothing for ps3 systems. this 2nd one will hopefully resolve these problems

   Its not wrong they had 2 patches for PS3 already…. the first one was the day after the launch and the second one was wed. 17th… There’s gonna be another update due to the fact that they only fixed lag… Not to mention Knifing system is still pretty “off”. And the second update made more issues for a lot of players.

   i still can’t believe this hasn’t been fixed yet. inexcusable! see if i’ll ever support a treyarch game like this again.

   Yeah, today is the 23rd of Nov., and although a little bit better, I’m still having all sorts of disconnection issues and host drops in at least half the games played. I’m not the only one that this is happening to. Whole lobbies get closed during many on-line matches. As well, the lag issue for some is completely fail. I’ll be firing on an enemy, and swear that I got several head shots on them, to find in the kill replay, that their shots fired off before mine, and showed me firing a couple seconds later in a different direction. This issue for PS3 users is widespread. Epic fail for Treyarch to release this game without having these bugs ironed out first.
