Verizon iPhone Release Date Will Be January 10th

For the past five years, the most popular smart phone in the world has been the Apple iPhone. While the iPhone has been extremely popular with consumers, the phone always had a limited amount of people that it could serve because the only cell phone service provider offering the phone was AT&T.

This prevented millions of people from getting the phone because they were either unable or unwilling to switch to AT&T. Now, it appears that the phone is set to be serviced by other cell phone service providers as well.

Starting on February 10 Verizon Wireless will also be providing service to iPhone customers. Verizon customers will be able to purchase the newest version of the phone, the iPhone 4, which came out this past summer.

The phone has some improvements over the AT&T version, which includes being able to use it as a wireless hotspot for other devices.
